By using the Jaraguá GO portal you agree to these terms. They are simple and exist to keep the site useful and reliable for everyone.

1. What the portal is

Jaraguá GO is an information and classified-ads website about the town of Jaraguá, Goiás. We are not the City Hall, nor do we represent the companies listed. Information is provided in good faith but may contain errors or be out of date; confirm important details (phone numbers, prices, dates) directly with the source.

2. Classified ads and business listings

• Ads are free and are reviewed before publication. We may refuse or remove any ad without notice.
• It is not allowed to advertise: illegal or prohibited products, weapons, controlled medicines, adult content, pirated goods, get-rich-quick schemes, wild animals, or anything that violates the law or the rights of third parties.
• It is forbidden to publish third parties' data without authorization, links, or offensive or discriminatory content.
• The advertiser is solely responsible for the content, its accuracy and any dealings arising from the ad. The portal does not handle payments or guarantee any transaction.
• By registering a company, you declare that you are authorized to represent it.

3. Safe dealings

Be wary of requests for advance payment, prices far below market value and contacts who refuse to meet in person. Prefer to negotiate face to face, in a public place, and inspect the product before paying.

4. Copyright

The portal's texts and the photos sent in by contributors are protected by copyright. Quoting excerpts with a link to the original page is allowed. Full, commercial or uncredited reproduction is not allowed. If you believe any content infringes your rights, contact us (in Portuguese) and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Advertising

The portal displays ads from Google AdSense and from local businesses, labeled "Advertisement" or "Featured". We are not responsible for products and services advertised by third parties.

6. Limitation of liability

The portal is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors, and we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the information published here.

7. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the judicial district (comarca) of Jaraguá, GO, are chosen to settle any dispute.
